Sponsorship assessment
We review the role, organisation, contract context, citizenship, checkable background and genuine business requirement before agreeing to sponsorship.
Security clearance sponsorship and workforce readiness
Build and maintain a security-ready workforce with structured clearance sponsorship, pre-employment screening and ongoing personnel security support.
AuthNTick assists eligible organisations and professionals with Baseline, NV1 and NV2 security clearance sponsorship. We coordinate the steps surrounding the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) process—from eligibility and business-need review through screening, application initiation and ongoing clearance administration.
Every request is assessed individually. Sponsorship is subject to eligibility, an appropriate business requirement and AuthNTick’s compliance review. AGSVA independently assesses and determines all security clearance outcomes.
One point of coordination
Organisations across Defence, government supply chains and regulated projects may need personnel who can access protected or classified resources. Establishing the role requirement, confirming eligibility, screening candidates, initiating an AGSVA application and supporting clearance holders all require careful administration.
Spreadsheets, email and disconnected providers create delays, administrative burden and unnecessary handling of personal information. AuthNTick provides a central point for coordinating screening, applicant progress and appropriate clearance-lifecycle responsibilities.
Personnel security services
We review the role, organisation, contract context, citizenship, checkable background and genuine business requirement before agreeing to sponsorship.
Support for eligible applications at the clearance level required by the relevant position, contract or access requirement.

We help applicants prepare and initiate the process. The formal security clearance application is completed by the applicant in AGSVA’s myClearance environment.
Support may include clearance-holder records, security communications, change-of-circumstance processes, sponsorship reviews, reporting, transfers and cessations where applicable.
Role-based access
Supports ongoing access to Australian Government classified resources up to and including PROTECTED, where the role requires it.
Supports ongoing access to classified resources up to and including SECRET, subject to the role and sponsoring entity’s requirements.
Supports ongoing access to classified resources up to and including TOP SECRET, subject to the role and sponsoring entity’s requirements.
The required clearance level is determined by the position, contract and sponsoring entity—not by the applicant’s personal preference.
A guided pathway
Provide information about the position, employer, contract, clearance level and business requirement.
AuthNTick assesses whether there is an appropriate basis for sponsorship and whether the request meets our sponsorship and compliance criteria.
Required identity, citizenship, police, employment, address, education or other role-specific checks are completed where applicable.
If approved, AuthNTick initiates the process and the applicant submits the required information through AGSVA’s myClearance system.
AGSVA independently conducts the vetting assessment. AuthNTick supports appropriate administration and ongoing sponsorship responsibilities.
Applicant preparation
Applicants should be ready to provide complete and accurate information relevant to their clearance level. Exact periods and documents depend on the clearance level and personal circumstances.
