A few things to know
What is included in AI Enterprise integration setup?
AI Enterprise includes SSO, ATS integrations, API access and webhooks as part of an agreed implementation scope. We confirm supported identity providers and ATS platforms, setup requirements, delivery timing and any implementation fees in your proposal.
How does LEC approval work?
Hiring or above is required for Legal Entity Customer (LEC) application and onboarding support. A subscription does not grant approval. Employer purchasing and eligible dashboard results for Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NPC) and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Volunteer Checks become available after approval, subject to applicable sharing conditions. Without approval, you can invite candidates to pay for and complete their own checks; your organisation cannot view those checks or receive their results.
What counts towards my allowance?
One reference check covers one candidate. Organisation packages support one, two or three required referees. Confirm the configured referee count and any additional usage before activation. One CV screening assesses one CV against one role. AI and AI technical interviews share the same monthly allowance; each completed candidate session counts once. Transcripts, scoring and summaries are included. Session duration limits and additional usage are agreed before activation.
Are background checks included in the subscription?
Criminal-history checks, AFP Police Checks, VEVO, identity, employment, education and other verification services are charged separately per check. Digital reference allowances are included in paid plans. Check prices and any volume discounts are confirmed before purchase.
Do you charge for extra team members?
No. Every plan includes unlimited named team members within one employer organisation, with shared usage allowances. Candidates and referees do not need a subscription. Access permissions still control who can view each record. Talk to us about agency, multi-entity or multi-brand arrangements.
Which plans include secure interviews?
The secure interview platform is included in AI Hiring and AI Enterprise. Supported devices, available integrity features and session allowances are confirmed as part of your plan before activation.
